Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake

Perfect Instant Pot cheesecake is just an evening away! With just a few simple ingredients, and some Fall spices, you can bring a beautiful seasonal dessert to your next dinner table.

Now let’s get to our White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake recipe:



1 cup graham cracker crumbs (About 5 1/2 sheets )

1/3 Cup melted butter

Spices (1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground clove)


20 oz cream cheese (2 1/2 bricks, room temperature)

2/3 Cup sugar

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 Cup sour cream

3 egg yolks

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

3 Tbsp flour

White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Topping

1-2 Cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 tsp ground clove

1/2 ground nutmeg

1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

4 Tbsp pumpkin puree

Another essential for the cheesecake is a springform pan. Here’s the pan I use that fits perfectly in my Instant Pot.

      Yes you definitely do! Make sure and save it to your Pinterest if you’ve got one- just hover over the photo and there should be a ‘Pin it’ button on the upper left corner. ๐Ÿ™‚

    I tried this just a bit ago! Looking forward to seeing how it turns out! One question, where does the sweetened condensed milk come into play? It’s listed in the pumpkin topping but I didn’t see it used in thevideo.
