Did you know that at least 70% of your immune system lives in your gut??? I didn’t either! But in an effort to boost my immune system I’ve challenged myself to take probiotics every day for 2 weeks. The best part is, I’ve filmed the whole experience! Watch and see what happened to me over the course of the two weeks!
