I really enjoyed reading your blogs. I’m trying to grow some herbs and specially aloe Vera at home and I noticed u live in Oregon and I’m in Washington where there is not enough warmth and sun. My basil plant died indoors 🙄, so how do U keep them warm in such cold weather?..
Your home is beautiful, I love watching your YouTube videos. Curious, what colour paint did you pick for your bedroom and also main living area. It looks so nice, not cold at all. I’m having trouble finding similar colours that don’t come across cols (if that makes sense). Thanks 🙂

Hi Brittany! I’ve made the Vegan Lasagna Soup twice. We LOVE it! I shared a picture on my Instagram. How do I give you credit for the recipe? Thanks and keep the Instant Pot recipes/videos coming!
Do you know if it’s possible to do a cashew yogurt in the Instant Pot and if so, do you have the recipe for it? Is it the same as the regular yogurt recipe but with cashew milk and cashew yogurt?
Hi there, I tried to make this cheesecake, but when i opened the pot, the top looked like it exploded and there was cheesecake on the bottom of the pot which looked like a butter slurry. What do you think I did wrong?
Can’t wait to try this! I’ve never made yogurt. Just watched the video and thought I’d pass on how I use whey. When I make farmer’s cheese I save the whey and use it in place of water when baking bread to bump up the protein and nutrients. I also use it as my liquid in smoothies. It can be frozen if you end up with a lot and a friend just told me it’s good in soups and stews and fantastic for soaking beans in to soften before cooking. Looking forward to watching more of your videos!

April 14, 2019 at 4:26 amIf you press “yoghurt” and then “adjust” it heats up to 180 automatically and you can do something else without the need of checking all the time.
